In a recent interview with our own DJ Z, Yung Berg revealed to our audience that he also wrote R&B and would feature a song on the album called Outerspace, on which he sings rather than raps. Two months, later, said song has hit the DJBooth as a potential new single from his debut album, Look What You Made Me. Listeners should be surprised (and pleased) to hear Berg’s strong vocal ability with minimal help from the rapper-turned-singer’s best friend, the autotuner. Produced by Berg himself and Rob Holiday, Outerspace should silence most of his critics-or at least make them suggest he sticks with the singing full-time. So, what exactly did we make Yung Berg? Go to your CD store or online retailer on August 12 to find out.
Wow this is not what I expected from Yung Berg. I am surprised. The production is good, but this track is nothing special. I've heard better R&B songs.
i like this betta than A LOT of hiz trackz...im luv-n him w/ da voicebox- it can work miracles on annoy-n voicez (like hiz)....anyway i'll list-n to it again...but i cant rate a berg track a 4. sorry....in rot.
its actually not that bad, production is really hot can't complain with him on the beat at all although his voice does sound a bit nasal like, but i aint hating on em.
I feel like Berg is just a Lil Wayne wannabe. To me this song is his attempt at a Lollipop type of song, although I really like the song. I don't know if I like Berg, but I like his music.
I like Yung Berg and most of his other stuff...and I love his voice on this track. Defff a banger and I'm adding it to my watch list...this could be a grower.
This track has a wonderful beat and a good music, really! I don't remember other songs by Yung Berg but I guess I didn't like them, I have no songs by him on my pc...the only thing which annoyes me here is, of course, the voicebox, but it's even bearable! In rotation
good stuff better than his previous work.
I like that he used a voicebox in this song giving it that outerspace sound to it at points.
I don't care for usually but it was used at the right time
Really feelin this beat, Berg works it, ill listen to it in the car with the windows down, Matthew101 no doubt you are right about his annoyin vocals though LOL, well schools almost back, so i'll be back to my 1st comment ratings in no time LOL, BTW J Worthy when you sign in click view your DJ Booth then edit my profile, it should be to your left somewhere near your control panel, you may need to resize your pic if its larger than specified.
The only reason people are liking this song is because it doesnt sound like yung berg. If you actually listen to the lyrics this is pretty dumb i think. Production is good and whoever took out the yung berg voice did good as well
Hey J Worthy. To create a comment picture go to your DJ Booth page via the link on the top. On your DJ Booth will be a link to Edit your profile. On that page you will see a link on the left to Edit your Avatar. Avatar is geek speak for "picture next to your comment"
Umm... Kayleb101 I never said anything in my comment about him having annoying vocals somebody else must of said that I was just really impressed with the beat so I dident really notice. But I love the beat so I will throw up another 4.
are you kidding me that is nothing but autotune!!! Granted they did a better job of using it better than weezy or T pain. It's kinda like how Rihanna and Britney uses it. This shit has autotune and vocoder it's like Tpain and roger trotman had a baby. It's okay you should have sold this to Omarion or something. Son you could have given this to Lloyd and got a bigger check.
you guys cant hate on yung berg man seriously. He got the rhymes, the swag, and this song proves that he's talented as hell. listen to his lyrics on other songs and hes a good mc and apparantly he produces and sings very well. This song is really catchy no doubt about that it'll be a hit.
This is just REALLY annoyin because even though he cant sing a note in real life, it sounds like he is a seasoned singer on this track. Its just not fair lol. But I like the way lil weazy used it better tho because at least he wasnt fakin lke he COULD sing. Yah know? I mean, but this track is iite i guess... nothing too special.
Man this song is hot. Berg killed this. He doesnt sound the best singing wise but hes not bad which exceeded my expectations. The beat is on point. Great track.
The thing that people dont realize about Autotune is, it wont make a bad singer sound good, case in point Weezy. A small percentage of all human beings have PERFECT pitch. Most of them are not singing Popular music anyway. If I sing too far off and try to autotune its gonna sound horrible...lol. On this its seems that Berg was actually hitting the notes. Autotune has a knob that corrects every note to perfect pitch which sounds like what was done, which is why Autotune is recognizable in the song. This is a nice song tho, different shit.
