After ATL duo YoungBloodz released their third album, Ev’rybody Know Me, in 2005, the plan was for Sean P and J-Bo to each release a solo album before the group’s next effort. While several of the buzz singles from both artists have reached DJBooth, for some reason the LaFace/Jive executives haven’t seen either Very Necessary or Going Hard as a priority on the release schedule. Realizing they can get back on the major airwaves if they reunited, YBZ is back to promote their upcoming fourth studio album, tentatively titled Bad Influence. For the first buzz single, the duo are back to what they’re known for in their music, Ridn’ Through Atlanta in a candy-painted car. For anyone who might be disappointed by the sound, I guarantee it’s going to be a banger in its proper setting, the whip.

This song is okay. Doesn't live up to previous YoungBloodZ Songs. It just doesn't get me crunk.
Besides that it has a decent beat(could be better) with some nice lyrics. |

More violins ... I love it. The scratching adds a nice touch. I can mess with this track right here. Flow is nice--Sean P is underrated as an artist? This gets a 3.5 rating.

This song has a great combination of sounds: violins, scratching, and a spooky-ish vocals in the background. It's def. a song i'd listen to in my car...i'm reallllly feelin the beat b/c it's so different.

I missed these two together on a track. I really like a few of Sean P. solo tracks, but I agree they work better together than as solo artists. Anyway, this one is a banger fosho. I think I'll play it again. Good work.

Ive been waitin forever for these dudes to reunite and bring back their bumpin flow and beats.
I still got their old stuff and bump it every day. I'll be so glad if they are anythin like they used to be. This song doesn't quite live up to wat i expected. Still pretty good tho. 4 stars |
