Folks, enough with the "you don't have enough Atlanta emcees in your Freestyle Series" e-mails... Lyxx is from the A and he is in the Booth. Lets move forward, shall we? "Do It Then," thanks to some dope production, has a finished record feel (instead of a freestyle), but these days it seems that is exactly what our series has morphed into. Can't hate on that.
Extra points for the DJ Z name drop. If anyone is allowed to be bias here, its me haha.

This a banger, no doubt. First off, i absolutly LOVE the beat. Its crazy good. Im really feeling this record. I like everything about this record. Young Lyxx did work in this. Good work. The chorus is very catchy and makes this a very enjoyable listen. Also, i really feel his flow and energy on his veres. Plus his verses have nice, strong quality. I really like the production from Heroes+Villains. They did a great job with this. I can see myself listening to this for a long time....

Beats dope, lyrics don't grab me and flow was kinda rat a tat tat-ish, it needed switches I think to keep it interesting. Not really my flavor. I could picture him appealing to a younger audience though.
