Over the past few months, the State Property gang has been rumored to be recording a new album; allow DJBooth to officially announce that this rumor is true. Until the time comes, however, when the collective can finish the project and hash out all the label logistics, several members will release solo material. Among them is one half of the Young Gunz, rapper Young Chris, who hooks up with fellow SP member Beanie Sigel for the new song, Rush. Set to be included on Chris’ forthcoming solo debut, Now or Never, the song will also be featured on next week’s release of DJ Omega & DJ Amir Present: Young Chris- Campaign For Change. So, is Philly hip-hop back for real?

It would be nice to hear State Property back again! Young Chris is better than he gets credit for. This beat reminds me of some late 90's early 00's when the ROC was killin it. The chorus on here is tight. Beanie does his thing on here, but I know he is better than he spit on this track. It's another rotation track!

Man, I loved the intro. The production is pretty flame. I never really was rolling with Young Chris in the past, but his flow and lyricism of the verses was pretty straight. Hook was Ok. I'll toss this in rotation.

Yung Chris is definetly better that he gets credit for. A new SP album is definetly something that I'm looking forward to.After the SP album' Chris needs to stay solo though unless hes with SP. NO YUNG GUNZ

Young Chris sounds like baby jigga or jigga lite! Ha! Ha! Not bad though...Chris is better than most of the new rappers that came out recently . He is lacking something that I can't put my finger on....I don't know if it's his lyrics, the production, or his energy/swagger he brings to the booth. Anyway...not bad.

Now I'ma catch major hate for this one, but if memory serves me right...Young Chris had the "Whisper Flow" before Jay did...so who's really ghost writin? LOL Not sayin Jay is but let's not knock Chris cause you can go back in his early material and he's still the same...well just more mature and versed in the game now...definite solid track though...

This song doesnt really surprise me since im from philly and listen to Young Chris's mixtapes this work this is just a normal for him this jawn is nice and has that philly style the hook is okay but its more about the lyrics and i like the way it has tha laid back beat that makes you bob ya head and Beans is just beans he nice and will always be nice this song is more for a hip hop head that wants to listen to lyrics and not chrous
