The 250th and final entry in our Exclusive Freestyle Series comes courtesy of Yonas, the NYC buzzmaker who hooked up with DJBooth to sell his acclaimed The Proven Theory album in late April. On his brand new, exclusive Get ‘Em freestyle, the currently-unsigned emcee flows over original boardwork by Sean Ross. Yonas is currently busy promoting The Proven Theory, available here for free streaming and download. In addition, the artist’s next live performance is set to go down August 5, at a yet-unspecified NYC venue.
And with that our Freestyle Series comes to a close. Thank you to everyone who participated, listened and downloaded.

And so, the Series comes to a fitting conclusion. 250 artists participated and all of them gained new fans and followers along the way. Seeing as how that is the theme here, it only made sense for one of the Booth's favorite sons, Yonas, to cap the Series with the last entry. I know you'll enjoy, we did.

Sounds like a Dre beat at 1st which is nice. I like the hard lyrical flow that leads into a soft chorus. Nicely balanced.
