Have you ever heard something that combined lavish speed jazz, two sets of rapid fire double time flows and unapologetically real rhymes? By now you should expect such things from Yelawolf and Trae Tha Truth. The DJ Booth freestyle alum and the self proclaimed Assh*le by Nature trade barbs of venom on the recently leaked (via Twitter) Sh*t I’ve Seen. The Track Bangas production ultimately carries the track to new heights as flourishing horns, brisk congos and moody trumpets balance Yelawolf’s direct shots at frauds with precision: “Half of these rappers don’t know sh*t/ain’t seen a gangsta, ain’t seen a brick/and they wonder why when the OGs come around Yelawolf I get the respect that I get.” Yeah, Catfish Billy takes none too kindly to people living on front street. Neither does Trae Tha Truth, the raspy voiced Texas emcee whose career is flying to new heights after overcoming no shortage of obstacles. Although not yet attached to a project, with a video in the works, expect Sh*t I’ve Seen to continue to provide more evidence that Yela and Trae Tha Truth refuse to stand idle in 2011.

I have a friend who can't speak highly enough of Yelawolf and while I have enjoyed the man myself he hasn't been on my immediate radar... This certainly was a wake up call... Solid verses backed by a strong hybrid beat that works surprisingly well... Bangggger

The production sounds recycled, but when you have Yela and Trae on a record you honestly don't even need anything more than a dude tapping his hand on a table as the beat. Both emcees feed off each other very well and you can tell the respect they have for one another. Hopefully, there is more where this came from...

What is with all the features today? Every song has outstanding production? Wow Track Bangas really did amazing on this. Yelawolf always makes great, high energy, enjoyable listens. And this is another great one under his belt. And having Trae in this is just an perfect addition. This is a banger.

While this isn't Yelawolf's best, I certainly do not mind hearing new Yelawolf tracks on the daily.

I thought the production was a "cosby show" sample or something. Why is yela coming off so aggressive on his flow if the production requires a more mellow tone?

The production the track sounds very average, but the rapid-fire flows of both emcees does their part to cover that minor detail up. Yela always comes hard, and this is the first track I've heard from Trae but it was solid.

I was a bit surprised when I heard Yelawolf was white. He sounds so black. I like it.
