The Kid with the Green Backpack decided to “leak” one more song in preparation of his new upcoming EP, Zero Heros. This time, XV borrowed Jazmine Sullivan‘s Famous, which was originally on her ‘10 album, Love Me Back. With the assist from Midwest rapper Sez Batter, the Kansan makes the song feel like it was his from the start. Catch Zero Heros when it drops on 4/XV/11.

Not my favorite Vizzy song, but sitll good. I don't really like Jazmine's part, but Sez was impressive.

I'm not diggin the famous sample.. that's the only thing bringing this track down, I like when he cuts into the hook "I know just what i gotta be, now the whole world just gotta see", that's the only good part of the hook. The verses are great, he doesn't go super hard in the verses or anything, but it flows great and that's always been the most important factor for me. XV's verses are better than Sez's, but Sez's weren't garbage by any means. Definitely in rotation, I'm not calling it a banger yet, but these type of songs tend to grow on me. Definitely will be watching for Zero Heros.
