Although some of us have heard Vado’s Check Em Out before, a newly leaked version features guest appearances from Ludacris and Jadakiss - but is it better? Produced by Butter Beats, the simple bass and snare combo is one that will echo throughout your speakers, and immediately have you reminiscing about that old school New York Hip-Hop feel. With some samples and very little instrumentation thrown in, an east coast emcee like Vado is a perfect fit for the record. Interestingly, although I expected Vado and fellow Rotten Apple native Jadakiss to sound the most comfortable on the beat, it was Luda who actually has the best flow of the three emcees. I’m not saying that Vado and Kiss had bad verses, but it seems lately Ludacris is sounding like his did in his earlier, hungrier days. Still, I’ve been wrong before, and with every emcee throwing down a solid contribution, I’ll leave it up to the Booth to decide who rocked Check Em Out best. Let us know if this bass-heavy New York banger is a good stepping stone for Vado.

None of these verses is amazing, but all are solid. And a nice beat in the background makes this song very respectable. I agree that Luda seemed right at home, though he pretty much always produces quality, if not killer, verses.

Vado is dope. Jadakiss is legendary, add Luda & thats an ill collaboration. The beat is cool couldve used more bass. Kiss & Vado have monotone flows so they didnt sound as good. Overall cool collab.

The beat is pretty simple, but it still bangs. Vado and Jadakiss didn't really do it for me. I thought they lacked energy, and, as a result, the track stumbled. If it weren't for Luda, this song wouldn't be 3 stars. Luda came correct as always, and picked up the energy for Vado and Jadakiss. His lyrics were pretty clever too. 3 stars.

Butter Beats smashed the boards on this one. It would be hard for any emcee to sound bad over this production. With that said, Vado was just okay, and Jada totally mailed this one in. Leave it up to Ludacris - the last addition to the song - to leave the lasting impression.

Still not a Vado fan, it's hard for Kiss to be bad, but it wasn't his best by far. I guess this will spin a few times...

I wasn't a huge fan of the beat because after so long it just became repetitive. The verses were ok and this is the first time I was actually underwhelmed by Kiss all of them have done better. It was just ok.

Vado is really growing on me. I thought he was some NY version of Gucci or something initally. I apologize for overreacting. I wish the beat wasn't so simple, but it bangs anyway. The verses were aight, nothing special, but just enough.

Luda was the best part of this song, Jada was so poor for his standards.
