With yesterday’s announcement that Mariah Carey nearly reached gold certification with first week sales of her new album, E=MC², it is safe to say that male counterpart Usher won’t be sitting around jealous over her success on Billboard. Following the release of his Love In This Clubremix with rapper T.I., the diamond-selling Atlanta native hooked up with Carey’s biggest current industry competitor, Beyonce, and their equal in the rap game, Lil’ Wayne, for a part two of the chart-topping single. Fresh off her secretive marriage to Usher’s golf buddy, Jay-Z, Beyonce matches her “equal” note for note through two verses, capped off by Weezy spitting a carbon copy of his Lollipop voice-box flow. As he says… ”It’s the remix, baaaby.”
Listen to Usher's Love In This Club (Pt. 2) ft. Beyonce & Lil' Wayne More songs from Usher
Oh yes. This is a REMIX. Soundz does a great job with this track. I like how he slowed the beat down on the remix. Two of the biggest names in the music industry add a euphoric touch to this already super-banging song. Usher will have as much success as MC on his album release if not more success.
Usher is KING! Usher always turns out a bangers when he does the whole pt. 1/pt. 2 thing. Damn, Usher and Beyonce sound fantastic together (though admittedly not as good as usher & alicia keys), I don't recall them ever doing any collabs like this before...? They turned the beat from a club joint to a smooth and hot melodic flow. Usher and Beyonce definitely harmonize well together and I'm lovin' it. On a side note, I must add that this is gonna appeal to a different audience than 'pt. 1'. Really looking forward to his album.
i called this one..if u recall after hearing the T.I remix i suggested a remix wit Beyonce wood be dope...wellthey even added weezy who really isnt neccesary but it doesnt take anything away from this i feelin it gotta say its its a banga
MAN! I didn't dig the original at all...but THIS one? THIS ONE IS HOT. Soundz' production sounds like some REAL production, not that cheap crap Polow the Don created. Usher and Beyonce both really brought it hardcore. This might be one of the most solid slow jam singles Usher has dropeed in a long time since "Lovers and Friends". Lil Wayne sounds like he was rollin. LOL. I feel his rap verse was dispensable. But the rest of the song was the deal.
This is crazy right here. Real intense. I gotta be honest tho, Wayne didn't add much if you ask me and I'm a big fan. It wasn't terrible, he just didn't bring his A game. Your right michaelhanna i think homeboy was rollin hard when he spit this haha
Unlike the rest of America it took me a long time for me to like the original period. I don't know I just didn't like it too much. I'm loving this right here. The beat gives me that old school r&b feel, that I love. 90s/Dilemma-ish. This is hot! I just heard this on the countdown last night for the first time.
Usher has had some amazing feature artists on both parts, T.I. & Jeezy, and now Wayne & Beyonce!? Could he get any bigger names from the industry? Anyway, this is a REAL remix, a new beat with new lyrics, I'm lovin' it! I'm with FreeXpression, I really don't like the original version (even with T.I.), but this is more like the Usher I know.
SONG IS FIRE ! it has the hottest artist right now in the industry. this remix is 10X's better than the original.. waynes flow wasn't the best tho. but im still a fan of his. but this song is def. a banger !
Oh ya y'all. Just when Love In This Club was losing it's top spot in my daily rotation, this remix (a true mix) brought new live to her. It would have been great with just Usher and B but with Weezy it's over the top
Im feeling dis song 4realz...Erything bot it is hot and makes it a banga. I disagree wit erybody on here who say dat weezy shouldnt have been on dis track and jus added anotha touch on dis to me. U had da RnB king and queen and den added da best rapper alive. U feelz me! and it is so much betta den da original. haha.
yea ppl was on my bus talkin bout it dis mornin...of course my homegirl liked it cuz she a HUGE BEYONCE GROUPIE!! i like it n im proud of dem for actually REMIXIN it....but yea...fire!! but ant like weezy. i give it a 5 wit out him but since he on it, ima have to give it a 4.5!
FRESH...imma big usher fan and to him...makin hits is a everyday thing...and b did her thang on this one...and weezy came wit his addictive flow...once more...but i cant wait for tha album to drop!!!...CLASSIC
Almost Perfect! A sweet slow jam in contrast to part 1 which was a club banger. Usher is really coming back stronger than before. I admire his voice, and Beyonce makes this one special! Lil Wayne I don't think was needed on this; should have get it slow duet with Usher and Beyonce! None the less Weezy still puts a high quality verse in, but it seems out of order in this song! Can't wait for Usher's album: will be album of the year!
i agree with ms freexpression and that mk guy.......wezzy really doesnt flow over the track like b and ush but its a hot song but me personally, i dont like it when people mention that the song is a remix a hundred times either. i know the song is a remix i heard the original. but any way usher and beyonce were singing they lil happy asses off soooooooooooo....... Ill throw it in rotation
THIS IS MY SH** RIGHT HERE I HEARD IT THA OTHER DAY AND I WAS LIKE FIYA NOT FIRE BUT FIYA.....THIS IS A SONG THAT U CAN JAM 2 FOR SOME YEAR AND DONT GET TIRED OF IT!!!!!
I LOVE IT I NEVA THOUGHT DAT USHER AN BEYONCE AN LIL WAYNE WOULD EVA GET TO GETHER AN MAKE A SONG NOW I SAT DOWN IN LISTEN TO IT AN I LOVE IT IT GETS ME TO THINKING
this sounds like that song that goes "baby, i need you, ooooo i, need u, ooooooooo i, need u..." ya'll know what song that is. sounds like a remix to THAT
THIS IS FIRE RIGHT HERE! Usher gets better and better with each and every album he makes! I challenge you to find another artists that EVER did that before!!! This is a SICK remix; just like the other one with T.I. Beyonce killed this too! The beat is SICK! Lil WAYNE just SEALS THE DEAL for me! He is the greatest rapper alive...well...right now he is anyway!
I REALLY DONT LIKE THE BEAT TO SLOW 4 ME LOL BUT I LIKE HOW USHER SING AND SHIT/ BEYONCE SHE SANG THIS 4 REAL /AND WAYNE HE RIPED IT BUT THIS REMIX ANT THAT FIRE TO ME THE REGUARLY BEAT WOULD OF BEEN WAY BETTER!
Oh my God I love this remix I think Beyonce's voice fits this song perfectly.I love the dynamics in the song and everything. Also Lil Wayne is the greatest rapper alive
Donjonjon it does sound like dilemma i agree wit dat it also sounds like another sound Usher was feature in. Lil Johns song lovers and friends feat. usher and Ludacris. Neithertheless a hott song though, imma big Weezy fan too but i agree he wasnt needed also. Maybe if he would hav really brought it like Mario's Crying out for me remix, i would have a change of heart.
damn this is hott. Jus when you think Ush can't get any better he does. B was great on this song. Weezy jus murdered this song. Some ya'll don't realize how crazy his voice drives guhls. I jus played this for a bunch of guhls that went crazy over his verse. He on point right here.
first can we please stop calling lil wayne the best rapper alive.......this song is nice with a change of pace usher and beyonce sounds great going back and forward, but lil wayne was not needed, i still like the original alot more but i respect the muscianship from usher and beyonce
Dis is da sh*t. Usher of course killed it! Beyonce did da damn thing! Wayne blew dis out da water! Dis is da best remix! I love dis betta den da original! It's a classic fa sho!
I dont know why but i couldnt stand the original version of love in this club, it killed me! it might be the CONSTANT radio play here to though just like lollipop which is always playin but never gets old, but this song is a BANGGER!! and Blaze is right, Wayne just seals the deal!, Im wondering who will come out on the top of the charts.???? Kellz or Usher??? Im goin with Usher.
nothin to go crazy about really...i mean the beat is changed, but not for the better...let's be realistic people! weezy is HORRIBLE on this track, maybe i'm not with the way "the old" remixes were, but this isn't doin it.
Ush and Beyonce def bringing to back - this is rnb. At first I had no idea what Weezy was sayin... but the more I listen the more I understand lol.
This is def getting radio play!!!!
THIS IS A PROPER REMIX. Jus like back in the day where they didn't just throw on some guest verse and call it a Remix. 5 stars. Luv the smooth vibe compared to the club beat.
This is a lot different than the original version...its slower and less of a club song...but Weezy spits nicely for being such a different atmosphere...to slow for me though
FINALLY! A real Re-mix. I was gettin' tired of them half a** cut and paste remixes. This is a proper remix and it's done well. Good job Ursh & Bee...oh yeah and Weezy too. :)
