Black flags will definitely be raised in the air for this gangstarific track from Jeezy and his U.S.D.A. cohorts. Flanked by Boo Rossini and a very motivated-sounding Trick Daddy, Black Dreams finds these trappers-turned-rappers giving nightmares to anyone who wishes to test them. Although Jeezy and his team usually thrive over those dark and moody beats, producer Helluva doesn’t give a helluva effort behind the boards—with a trite choir, gun click, and snare-driven beat, this isn’t the song that dreams are made of. Blood Raw, Slick Pulla and Rossini have some pretty throwaway verses, as well. In the end, the streets will – no doubt – soak up this latest game from rap’s most inspired motivator and his team. Another single choice may make their next album, Shield Gang, match up to their gold-selling debut, Cold Summer.
Jeezy has really been on this "Black" thing lately. I wonder if he's a supremest. I'm not really feeling it. It's not something I would really bang. But I would say if you're on the way to murder some cats on the block, this would be the perfect soundtrack, strapped with your heavy metal on the seat wit da troops. For us who love LIFE and like normal existence, we ain't really feeling this.
Being colorblind means you can't see certain color gamuts not necessarily that you can't see any color. Most of the tracks with USDA are just like this meh. Jeezy is a beast and the track has the right swag' to it but something just feelz off.
Jeezy is smart to push this project as he name is still in the lights from all the album promo for The Recession. I wasn't really feeling their debut, but this single is solid. Glad Boo finally got picked up by someone who cares about his career (cough, J Records, cough). As for Trick... where is your solo album, bra?

The only good thing about this track is the production. The rest isn't for me! I don't like their flow, it's boring, plus I don't like the subject...I prefer singing something positive u know
