After the disappointing sales of the double-album, Alter Ego, singer Tyrese and his rapper half, Black-Ty, went back into the studio.  The former MTV VJ and fashion model recorded upwards of twenty new songs, both R&B and rap, and planned to drop a new album late last year.  With commitments to several movies and his group project with singers Ginuwine and Tank (known collectively as TGT), the tentatively titled Black Rose was put on the back burner.  Now, in an effort to generate some buzz for the eventual release of the project, Ty has dropped Coming to See You.  The track, which features Ludacris, is the epitome of a classic Tyrese song.  In it he reveals a secret; he is looking for a “freaky little private whore.”  And they say chivalry is dead.

It's a pretty good tyrese track, but I don't think it's a big enough improvement (with respect to all the alter ego songs) to make tyrese stand out again. Luda sounds a big different in this track (don't know if its the way it was recorded or something), kinda more mellow and more 'mature'.

man im waitin gor da tgt album not no black rose...lol anyway this joints regular Tyrese.
He jus doesnt improve much vocally. (Alter Ego) had some bangers but mostly due to production n lyrics. Vocally Tyrese stay neautral This could have very well been placed on his first album n it still wouldn't stabd out especially w/ joints like "sweet lady" nx to it. the song ok..im sure females will love it...luda delivers as always.

Tyrese can sing his A$$ off; and I will always give him nothing but Real Respect. He almost never comes weak. He is really smooth on here and I can't wait for a new album. Ludacris always does very well on these R&B tracks, so this one is no exception. Very nice beat and feel to the overall track. I am feelin it!

Tyrese - one of my favorite rap singers by far. He comes consistent with no synthesizer. Beat is hot, his voice is on point and he always come through with some sick lyrics and singing. Ludacris - you kno he gonna kill a track like this and indeed he does. This one a banger.

Tyrese, leave Black-Ty alone, ur wasting ur time with rap. Glad too see he is back with r&b. This song is good, no where near the standard that he could deliver though! hope to hear a new album soon

Typical Tyrese work. It's good tho. His voice doesn't quite do it for me [[personally]]. Like it don't gimme that sexy feeling. But when "Luda Luda, Supa Dupa" comes in talkin bout the freaky deaky, that's SeXy ;)
