Although many people see Southern California as just a vacation spot, the city of Compton is better known --thanks to NWA-- as the birthplace of gangsta rap. Taking advantage of the latter distinction, rapper Tyga invites everyone to get on the dance floor, but not before taking a sip of Coconut Juice. Travis McCoy (front man of the well-known hip-hop/indie rock group, Gym Class Heroes) hops along as a guest feature (a pretty big collabo for an unsigned artist), and seems ready to pull a couple ladies his way once they’ve gotten their fill of the juice. Add S*A*M & Sluggo‘s calypso-rock beat (and a sample from Harry Nilsson) and this party is no doubt ready to get started! Tyga’s debut album, No Introduction, emerges from the gate June 10.
It's okay. I've actually heard better from Tyga. His verse on the "Arms Race" remix is crazy, and so is his "Hey There Deliah" remix. But i've better from him than this.
Damn! This beat goes HARD right here! Tyga has a cool flow on here. Travis is a good addition to the track! I don't think I would listen to it more than 4-5 times total so I can throw it into rotation! Good track for the radio.
Yeah, the beat is different. But, as is the case with almost all of today's selections, different can sometimes be a blessing. Tyga has a nice flow; I wonder if that neck tat hurt.
not feelin the part where he goes "Put the lime in the coconut" but the rest of the song is pretty damn good...ill prob eventuallly listen to the song so much that ill like that part so its all good
This song is freaking ballin. I could see myself dancing to this or cruising to this or just plain bumpin to this. The beat is pretty intense, i like it. And Travis is a pretty sick guest spot. 4 stars!
sorry im so late postin but i was jus lookin at him and wyanes otha song and yall call him Garbage come on now this song is hella TRASH...id care wat none of yall say
Good track right here! Lil Weezy will make him better! Give it time ya'll...it will be tight in the club! The best part is that Weezy didn't even need to be on the trak!
I knew Tyga before and had a cuple of his songs, he went so main stream with his voice which is sad cuz the older songs were hotter than this. okai song
Now this song is the shit...heard this the other day and I thought "hey, this is pretty nice", and the next day I looked the song up and now I can't stop listening. I'm surprised the ratings here aren't as high as I thought it could be.
your song is crazy fun and a great song 2 dance 2 and i nno that i n joy it and i n joy all the beats that go on in your song.....that y i love cocnut juice......
