For as long as Turf Talk can remember he has been the cousin of Bay Area legend, E-40. He also has been his protégé for just as long. Working the independent scene hard and making a name for himself in his own backyard, Turk Talk hopes that his new collabo with 40 Water, I Got Chips, will expand the hyphy movement beyond the bay. Using his unique energetic voice and solid production from Rick Rock, the chips will fall soon enough for Turf Talk.
