Since first appearing on our hallowed pages way back in 2008, TreaZon has been consistently proving to listeners that the “new era” of hip hop is here to stay. This time around the Booth-acclaimed Cleveland native is here to give us the good times jam Like You Should. Featuring production and vocals from another Booth favorite, the always colorful XV, Like You Should moves effortlessly over a laid-back beat (do I hear a The-Dream sample in there somewhere?) while Trae and XtotheVizzy expound on the joys of living life as a up-and-coming rapper; or as TreaZon puts it, “Whoever got the game can’t handle it, so I guess they gotta give it to me.” Cuts like this should get fans excited for TreaZon’s upcoming mixtape, Breathe Life 2, presented by IM KING Clothing, due out November, 24. In the meantime, Booth listeners can satiate their appetites by checking out XV’s latest work (out now), Everybody’s Nobody.

What happens when two talented young artists collaborate on one track? You get "Like You Should." Fresh, fun, and easy on the ears. I have HIGH expectations for both them gentlemen.
XV is well on his way and TreaZ is just ready to round to proverbial bend. |

XV is on my heavy rotation right now, especially the Mirrors Edge Rmx with Posner. Just like XV, TreaZon brings originality to the mic. Both these dudes know how to differentiate themselves from the herd, and they represent an exciting progression in hip hop.

I'm feeling this one. (Forgive me ya'll my work schedule + some personal issues got ya boy BDF commenting less but I'm not too far away!) This beat is smooth. Hook is positive. XV and Tree are beast together. They should do a mixtape.

This was dope. I heard it a few days ago, but I couldn't get past the fact that the production sounded very, very similar to Treazon's track "TONIGHT" featuring Drake. It just seemed a little more beefed up. I liked Treazon's verse, and I thought that XV smashed it.
"My crew like a couple of Klansman, too hood" "You low jo, I'm a Hi Jack, you can call me a Somalhi Pirate" |

These are both artists everyone needs to perma-glue under their radar. The melody is sooo good! They both sound great. Brilliant combo right here!
XV got incredible future potential written all over him ... Talent on the production? Check. Talent on the mic? Check. And as always contributes an inspiring hook .... BANGER!!! |
