Since the February 4th kickoff of his Booth-exclusive The 45 Days series, TreaZon has premiered a new, never-before-heard record on each date containing the digits ‘4’ or ‘5.’ On the sixth and final entry in the month long series, the Cleveland native joins forces with frequent collaborator Threatz to end his Legendary run with a bang. Demonstrating yet again that his production chops rival his skill on the mic, TreaZon spins a sample from the I Am Legend soundtrack into a lyrical meditation on how far he’s come in the rap game, and the distance he has yet to go. Particularly notable are his references to living legend Nas, who he claims as “a heavy influence” who helped sustain him through hard times. Though Legendary is the last 45 Days record, TreaZon’s many fans in the Booth can rest assured that we will continue to bring you all the latest on the rising rap star.

Thanks to TreaZon for creating the 45 Days series with DJBooth.net. His choice cuts for the month were outstanding and show why hip-hop as a living, breathing heart!

Wow… I owe TreaZon an apology: I judged him by his (young) looks and expected him to be another (soulja) boy messing with the mic, but his talent proved me wrong.
This is an epic record, from the confident delivery, to the accomplished concept. Just to make sure everyone notices and gives the man the deserved props: TREAZON PRODUCED THIS! ;) Great sample! I didn’t care for the series before but I’m goin back to check on each one. |

Man this song would be legendary like it's title if they just let that beat escape, like from :58-1:05 in this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrN9ufcUSSY&feature=related because the classical music in the background sounds like a sample from one of the pieces played in "I am Legend".
