Universal Republic has played a major role in bringing mainstream hip-hop out of Dallas, Texas. First Big Tuck revealed Tha Absolute Truth in 2006, and then his T-Town brother Tum Tum dropped Eat or Get Ate in 2007. Now, as 2008 fast approaches, Dallas’ Trap Starz prepare to release their major-label debut, Hood Depot. The project’s first single is the remix to underground hit, Get It Big. Assisting them is fellow Texan Chamillionaire, who returns to the pimp talk we last heard from on Grown & Sexy. Get your candy-paint ready; the Texas takeover continues when Hood Depot is released on February 19th.
ALLREADY MY CITY ON THA MAP NOW..D-TOWN 4 LIFE TILL NO LIFE -----> REST IN PEACE PIMP C!! WE LOST AN H-TOWN SOLDIER TODAY. CHAM KILLED IT WITH THAT SOULJA BOY LINE. TEXAS AWREADY BRO
Chamillionaire...Wow, I cant stand him, at all. It makes it even worse how he tries to use an E-40 rhyme scheme. I wouldnt listen to it in my ride, but it could work as a club banger, beat deff. saves it.
YEZZIR i have to leave another comment cause CHAM WRECKED THIS BEAT..couldn't find it on LIMEWIRE so had to push play and say rest in peace PIMP C !! if a hater can't stand cham then he can't stand music at all..seriously yall got bad taste koopa is that shit real talk pimpin
Cham killed it (as usual)...these cats aint all that bad. Hope they release more club bangers in the future. Because we all know from their premiere that thats all they're going to be good for...lmao
I like the way Chamillionaire ended his verse, not so much how he started it. This song bores me without Chamillionaires verse. Definitely better than the original.
This song sucked until King Koopa (Chamillionaire) got on the track. He wreck this beat sounding like Pimp C when he says " all up in my face i bet she could smell my colgne).
