Listening to this track with Dre track brings back memories.
Kinda like hearing Curtis Mayfield or Stevie Wonder when they made their comeback songs (New World Order, So what the fuss? etc.), it's not their greatest, but what is at their level? Still it's great to hear quality music from an all time great again, as well as a HOFer in T.I. Kinda has some Nate Dogg sounding vocals in it too which was a nice touch. |

Been waiting for the finished version of this track since T.I. demo version dropped a couple of years ago, then the Dr Pepper commercial threw another tease in there. But now that it's finally here I can say it was worth the wait. It's a shame that Dre's Detox delay will only get this track on a TI mixtape, but a damn near classic in my opinion with vintage Dre production and flows that can't be duplicated.

Am I the only one who can't help but notice that Dre sounds exactly like Em here? There's no doubt that Shady ghostwrote his rhymes, same flow too. T.I. on top of his game with this tape.

What a gun of a track! Dre's still got that midas touch.
It was pretty obvious that Em wrote for Dre, but I don't care coz it's the best I've from Dre on the mic in years. But all in all, the production was a gun and T.I ripped it as usual. It's messed up when you think about how Nate Dogg would've ripped it up on this track... |
