After launching one buzz single after another since late 2006, Three 6 Mafia have finally struck gold with Lolli Lolli (Pop That Body), which helped the long-delayed Last 2 Walk finally hit store shelves last month. After having performed the seemingly-impossible feat of turning the Halloween theme into a club banger, DJ Paul and Juicy J (and hook singer/co-producer SuperPower) will try their luck again with a brand new remix, which features Cuban emcee Pitbull spitting sixteen bilingual bars, calling all the females from his hometown of Miami to Three 6’s Memphis neighborhood. In other news, the original version of Lolli Lolli (Pop That Body), is currently #29 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Hate these fools. (Rapping and content wise, not producing. The "Breaking Up" they produced for Luda was genius, as well as UGK's "International Player's Anthem). But this remid and the original is trash McGrash.
LOL, there are a variety of reasons why I like the new Three 6 Mafia album and sadly, this is not one of them. Pitbull spices things up, as he always does, but it doesn't mean much to the track. Regardless, its moving up the radio charts... so somebody has to like it. Oh yeah, that's right... the females do. And they BUY the music. Rotation.
Most of three 6's songs are just meant to be club songs not some sort of intricate well thought out novel of self expression and thats exactly what this is, a club banger. I admit I really didnt like this song too much when it first dropped but now its grown on me haha
annoying...and im usually with the women when it comes to music but i would get them to change this song and fast...but yeah women buy the music and shake there goodies to the music so make it for them...if it makes them happy they make me happy so lets dance and be happy...
there's no denying that if this song came on i'd be on dance floor so based on that i think song is great and filled with a lot of energy. Pitbull fits well but they don't necessarily need him on this track. club banger.
when i 1st heard da original i hated it but then ma radio station kept play-n it so it got less annoying and now i actual-e like it. 44 DIS original Pitbull didnt real-e do anything for it...but itz still a banga.
