Tnut, Brophy, Chris and Rafe may go by the name “The Pricks,” but you know, I think they’re being a little hard on themselves; on new EP single Wake Up the Long Beach hip-hop/punk crew sound more like a couple decent dudes trying to make their way in a crazy world filled with hardship and temptation. Wherever the truth may lie, though, this joint is sure to strike a chord with fans of cathartic, genre-blending tunes. Though this is only the second time I've heard them, I like this group. They are The Pricks, and they aren't trying to be anyone else. And let's just say that The Pricks are pretty damn good.

As soon as i started to listen to the backround beat I new this song would grab my attention! The lyrics are real... The Pricks sing about life, challenges, a lifestyle... They are real people just trying to maintain! P4L! Get to know them cause they going places!
