2Pac’s old crew, The Outlawz, are without a doubt one of hip hop’s most revered groups, having collaborated with their mentor on some of his best-known songs, such as Hit ‘Em Up and Hail Mary.  Now signed to Young Buck‘s Cashville Records, the group looks to regain their former mainstream success.  On their new single, Goin’ Home, they describe their plan to return the rap game to its glory years, when ‘Thug Life’ was the primary philosophy in the streets.  To help fulfill their master plan, J. Holiday of Bed fame is brought in for a soulful yet gruff Lyfe Jennings-sounding hook.  For the results of their mission, patiently await their new album, Godz Plan, set to drop sometime next year.
