The 41st entry in our DJBooth.net Freestyle Series comes courtesy of The Kid Daytona, the up-and-coming emcee who made his Booth debut with The Body last week.  On his brand new, previously-unreleased Twilight freestyle, the Bronx emcee flows over original production by Jet Audio.  Fresh off the release of The Daytona 500, a high-concept mixtape whose seven tracks all draw from jazz musician Bob James’ oft-sampled Nautilus, Daytona is preparing his latest studio album, Come Fly With Me, to drop this June.

One of my favorite thus far... slick rhymes and some 80's production from Jet Audio. Thanks, Daytona!

PS. Love the Robert Downey line.

Daytona has a nice flow. And I actually enjoy the old school-type production as well, which is a rare thing for me. I gotta call this one a Banger for sure.

Lovin' the 80's vibe, i dont know why but it got me thinking of Miami vice...the first time listening to this i honestly didnt hear a word he spit cause i was so into the beat...after the second listen DAytona had a great flow to this song but lyrically its sub-par...still a banger though (mostly due to production....crraazzzyyyy)
