From the moment she released her self-titled debut, Teairra Mari has been grappling with label tomfoolery; having been dropped by Roc-a-Fella/Def Jam and later Interscope, the Detroit native has finally settled down with Fo’Reel Ent./Asylum for her sophomore album, At That Point. On the newly-released follow-up to her Pleasure P-assisted Hunt 4 U, Teairra hits the club with her man, warning all the ladies at the spot that, if they don’t get out of the way, she’s going to Cause A Scene. Warner Music Group labelmate and club-hop king Flo Rida brings out one of his strongest verses yet, and The Runners’ scorching boardwork should help Cause A Scene blaze to the top of the charts (and leave DJ Khaled wishing he’d secured the beat for use on his next album). At That Point hits stores and online retailers on April 7, while Flo’s sophomore album, R.O.O.T.S., has been pushed ahead to March 31.

I was actually feelin this one. The beat go hard, until the synths start during the hook, but I guess ya gotta have that club sound if Flo Rida is on the song. As much as I don't feel his mainstream club hits, I cant hate on his flow, cuz the dude can spit. Mari sounds pretty good throughout the track and this sounds like a club hit to me...

While this record does not showcase Mari's beautiful voice (and yes, she has some pipes...), it does do exactly what its intended to do: move bodies on the dance floor. In fact, this reality couldn't be more spot on than with a guest feature choice of Flo Rida.

The minute the song started, I could tell this song had Flo-Rida written all over it. It's just his sorta track, which is a good thing, since this sound is something the clubs will love.

i can guarentee this will get the recognition it deservs with whoever likes club songs that u can move to and have fun with, i enjoyed the song, even though floRida sound the same on everysong he gets on lol but still dude gets busy and can spit, and overall i think its a banger

This is a little bit weak... The beat goes hard, typical The Runners. Teairra Mari just didn't do it for me though. Just hearing the beat you know Flo-Rida gonna be on here. These kind of club tracks are his scene!

Beat is banging, runners doing it again. Teairra Mari has a nice voice and definitly goes with the club feel of this song, while maybe Rihanna could have done better, Teairra still killed it. and Flo Rida, an obvious great choice for a song like this, I've been liking Flo Rida more and more lately.

It's all about the song, the difference between her and Rihanna, and this song is not a hit. It is good though and her voice is nice but there is nothing that stands out (voice, lyrics, or otherwise).. well except for Flo Rida.

Flo Rida actually killed it with his minute-long verse, even though his lyrical content is just garbage. It flowed really well, syllable after syllable, word after word. Excellent production as usual by DJ Khaled's favourite beatmakers. |
