Having spit about his taste in women and his love for his (adopted) home state on previous features, Philly-to-Los Angeles transplant Tayyib Ali tells his own story on the latest leak off his sophomore mixtape. On Do It, a Chipmunk-soul beat by Teddy Roxpin bumps in the background as Ali describes how he left behind a life of security in order to pursue hip-hop stardom. The artist’s latest street album, Keystone State of Mind, dropped April 25; fans are also encouraged to check out the official video for Do It, viewable here.

This track is great and the video just makes it even better. Tayyib Ali's mixtape "Keystone State Of Mind" was one of my favorite mixtape's all year. This guy definitely has a chance at something. Also Jon Kilmer who shot this video is amazing. He works with many up and coming rappers and does a great job filming and producing.
