Rapper Tay Dizm, T-Pain‘s resident hype man and the CEO of Nappy Boy Entertainment, has finally gotten his chance to shine. After building a buzz with guest spots on 2 Pistols’ hit single She Got It and Dolla‘s Who Is That, the Florida native has released his official debut single, Beam Me Up. Produced by Bangladesh, who recently cooked up Lil’ Wayne‘s Milli, the song features Pain on the hook and Rick Ross on the back end of the song. Though Dizm has received interest from both Jive and Atlantic, he will release his currently-untitled debut album off Nappy Boy Entertainment with digital distribution via online retailers only; ahead of the curve and outta this world.
I guess man. Individually, the song is straight. I'm just tired of hearing the same type of songs every week. In the words of Prince on the Chapelle Show "This bores me"
I really like the collaboration, however it wasn't what i expected.... i kinda find the chorus annoy'n. RICK ROSS>>.... is the Sh*T... his part gives this track a 3 from what would have been a 2!
Bangladesh does know how to make some nice beats. I like the concept of the song, the style, and overall it's fresh.
michaelhannah I beg to differ: "Im just tired of hearing the same type of songs every week" they might be talking about their rides on this track but the hook is on point. The only person who's flow was regular was Rick Ross.
Damn I thought for sure Briccs new song with Akon would be posted tonight, but whatever. I don't really like this song, but it has T-Pain & The Boss in it so I'll give it a little higher rating because of that.
Haha what a funny noice on the hook alright this song is pretty tight...it really isnt exactly like everything else...I dont think we should be hating on t pain either its not his fault everyone has to copy and use the voice box...Ross...sounds like Ross haha talk about being original haha
This beat is the way betta than "A Millie", propz to Bangladesh ...
Ross killed it, T-Pain is kinda annoying on this one...but chorus is pretty addictive...
Tay sounds too average for me..nothin special at all
I like dis right here... I know i know everribodyies like T-pain is on everrithang but he makes it gud to listen to.. Rick Ross always got gud lyrics and Tay Dizm is doing his thang. Love the beat.. Yep Yep Beam Me Up.....
Tay Dizm was alright on this song, but the hook ruined it for me. They could save it if they just took out the spaceship sound effect. Rick Ross' verse didn't do much for me either. OK for now, could be better.
I think the production on here is decent. I am not really feeling the flow of the chorus here. I'm not really feeling Tay Dizm's flow at all. Rick Ross is the only one that comes through on here. The beat is pretty thumpin!
RICKY ROSS.. thats my man !
lol. t pain n tay dizm look the same.. they must b brothers or something. lol. song was w/e could have been better. ima jus give it a 2. one for rick ross. the other for the beat..
he does sooooooo not look like T-Pain in DIS picture...he looks like Slick 'Em off of Pretty Ricky. ANYWAY, i wuznt real-e feel-n da song....huh idk it could just b da mood im in right now tho.
T-pain is turning into that commercial @*#$!...and hes recruitin commercial @*#$!!!! They should leave that commercial @*#$! to Nelly...Ricky Ross is the only legit thing on this track!
I actually got a chuckle about it also. What the @*#$! is that sound. The reason why this song is ok because the verses and lyrics actually are decent. Without the good lyrics and Rick Ross this song sucks.
"I said, my Chevy sit so high up on from the floor. I feel like I'm an alien in a UFO. Oooo ooo. Beam me up"
Tell me that's not catchy?! I admit that Fabo from D4L would've been a better guest artist on the track, but I guess it's a Florida thing. What can I say, I like this dumb ass song. LOL.
Tay is TPain side project on his side album along with Sophia Fresh the female group he got going on. This is a chill out. stroke end of evening club song i think.
