Booth newcomer Tanya Lacey may have only just begun her ascent to pop prominence but, now that she’s achieved liftoff, there’s no stopping her; as the UK singer/songwriter (and author of J-Lo‘s verse on will.i.am‘s T.H.E.) puts it on one of two brand new promo singles/videos, she was simply Born to Fly. Here, producer Printz Board serves up a sparse, bass-bumping piano/synth beat to back Lacey as she brushes off all who would attempt to get in the way of her hustle. It has yet to be determined whether this record will be appearing on any forthcoming project, but those who like what they’re hearing can stay tuned for all the latest from this promising up-and-comer.

This is a tight track. I like the punchy production work by Printz Board and Tanya Lacey has a versatile voice. It doesn't sound like everybody else out there. Good R&B joint for the ladiez...
