Born in Atlanta, now living in Philly, Slim blends his experiences from both cities into his new single, Write Your Name. Over a soul sample proclaiming that one should write one’s name in the sky, S.T.S. discusses his own big dreams. Versatile producer MP3, concocts a keyboard and drum-powered beat with brassy horns flecking the background, over which Slim rhymes about his aspiration to make it as a rapper. Look for Write Your Name to appear on Sugar Tongue Slim’s new mixtape, Demand More, on the e-streets very soon.
