Making its online premiere right here in the Booth, the first official leak off Steph’s forthcoming Gravity mixtape finds him paying tribute to a “star girl” who flew Up Up and Away with his heart. Of course, soaring through the sky is just one ability in this supergirl’s magical arsenal – she can also freeze time, light up the night with a flash of her eyes, control minds, and paralyze a man with a single kiss. John John Robinson backs the track with a propulsive arpeggiated-synth beat, accenting the singer’s vocals with layer after layer of glittering, overdubbed harmonies. If you’ve got a taste for upbeat, dancefloor-incinerating R&B jams, it a good bet that UUaA will leave you head over heels.
