Sound the alarm, folks; coming straight outta the Lone Star State, SparkDawg will stop at nothing to get money, smoke blunts, and find a woman over the age of twenty with no kids (that last part was from his MySpace blog). Come On is about as clear a mission statement as any up-and-coming rapper can make—on the new single (his Booth debut), Spark waxes ambitious about his plans to take over the rap world and lets those who would stand in his way know that he isn’t going down anytime soon. Tha Franchize works the boards, delivering big orchestral hits and gritty synth lines as grandiose as the emcee’s larger-than-life-boasts. This track is only the beginning of what you’ll hear from this Booth newcomer—not only is the emcee preparing to drop his new, self-titled EP on on the 30th of this month, but he’s also set to participate in our exclusive freestyle series this summer. SparkDawg’s got a lot on his plate, but it takes a lot of work to make it to the top, and he clearly isn’t going to stop until he gets there.

beats intense. Chorus was bad though, probably hurt it a bit :S 3.5, his flow was alright.

The Franchize builds a solid foundation for years of success with this banger of a beat. Spark is energetic, fun, and comes with a serious intensity. While the hook isn't the best, and I don't care for this record topically, its a solid EP track and intro to Booth regulars.

His flow was nothin special, the subject matter was far from interesting, and the hook was weak. C'mon you know you gotta his on one of those points in order to have a good track.

When I heard the beat I thought this song was going to be better but the song gets boring after a while. He has a lot of aggression on his delivery but his lyrics are just decent. Hard hitting beat but the chorus and lyrics dont come close to match it. Decent song

On the one hand, the production is strong & the hook is pass-able. On the other hand, SparkDawg leaves many things desired when it comes to his part. His lyrics are below average (Read: WACK) at very best ... Barely OK.

the production is nice! but i was let down as the song progressed. i almost feel like this production was wasted. 1.5 stars. just because i can listen to part of it.

I'm so disappointed that such a great production has been delivered to this mediocre dude. I hate his flow and the hook is horrible! But I really can't consider this song garbage, I love the music, it's amazing! Good work The Franchize!

This can be danced to, it has that vibe to it, I'm thinkin "Spaceships on Bankhead" type rhythm. However homeboy makes himself unlikeable on this. Why do I care? is what I ask myself when listenin to this? Sparkdo@? Chan@e that name playa, this is just wack on alotta levels, but the beat is not one of um.

To be honest, Im really feeling this song. I Not the lyrics necessarily but im liking the beat and everyhting else. I think the chorus is pretty entertaining tho...lol i like em... he's cute too so...Dude is on his way
