Last heard bringing attention to the atrocities occurring in The Niger Delta on a bracing album cut, Soulbrotha returns to our pages with something a little more personal, but similarly earnest and poignant. On lead EP single Way of Love (Never out of Season), BroadNMarket (of The Accomplices) slices and dices a sample from British indie-rock group The XX’s first album as the Houston spitter paints a lyrical portrait of what he believes love should be. Soulbrotha’s Southpaw EP has yet to receive a solid drop date, but those digging it can keep it locked to the Booth for all the latest news and tunes.

I'm not really feeling this type of track at all. The beat is cool in a retro-80's type of way, but Soulbrotha's flow is really wack to me. I don't like the delivery at all. Not feelin it...
