Despite the low sales figures from her sophomore album, Sol-AngeL and the Hadley Street Dreams, and the release of her big sister’s new solo album on November 18, Solange Knowles refuses to be forgotten. So, how will she manage to keep her name in the public consciousness? By releasing an official remix to her first (and likely only) single, I Decided. Though the song’s original lyrics remain intact, The Neptunes’ soulful beat is replaced with a slightly more syncopated version by Eric Hudson. An even bigger highlight, however, is a guest spot by industry heavyweight and pop-culture icon Snoop Dogg, whose easygoing style and twenty-four bars of charm (split between the beginning and end) should give this updated record spins everywhere the original was played… and then some. Sol-AngeL and the Hadley Street Dreams is in stores now.

This production is solid, crazy beat from E Hudson. This remix is a good look, Snoop brings it and Solange's original vocals fit nicely into the remix. Good look, but this wont help her sell any more albums.

This G-Mix is nuts. The new production by Eric Hudson is what's up! Snoop definitely added a nice touch to it and my girl Solange's original vocals rocked nicely. I've always been a fan, even if y'all slow learners out there haven't caught on yet. I like when people go out on the limb and do something left field that everyone else isn't doing at the time. Solange definitely did that with "SoL-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams". I guess some people just didn't understand that, and they're just missing out.

She needs to pick another route. Unless she drops a huge (And i mean HUGE) 2nd single, She's ALWAYS gonna be in the shadow of the other Knowles lady. But this is still a good song, 3 :)

i actually prefer solange's songs then beyonce(her songs are too poppy and commercial and repetitive) they shoulda made the remix a couple of months back but this isnt bad at all,kinda feel sorry for her but atleast they played this song in some commercial so she'll get sum of her own money from that

i hav never hurd of this girl!!! let alown her songs (a less hot virsion of JayZ girl) but i lyk this its kinda catchy!!! but i dnt think i will b able to listen tu it tu much (maby) but first listen im lovin it!!!

This song has a crazy production and Solange sings very good. It doesn't convince me, though. I find the melody quite boring, it's a song I would dance to in a club and I would listen to on the radio but not in a mix of mine...kinda bores me after a while! Still a good song and in rotation
