Slaughterhouse - Truth or Truth
Artist: Slaughterhouse
Featuring: Joe Budden , Royce Da 5'9" , Crooked I , Joell Ortiz
Producer: No I.D.
Album: On the House
Label: Shady/Interscope
Although Hip-Hop supergroup Slaughterhouse are gearing up for the release of their welcome to: OUR HOUSE album, the group has still managed to drop off a new record from their forthcoming On The House mixtape. Titled Truth Or Truth, the record is a nearly 15-minute long venting session for the four emcees who seem to get quite a lot off their chests with a little help from Rick Ross’ Tears Of Joy instrumental. Royce Da 5’9” sets the truthful tone on the record as he raps, “Now let’s talk about the BET Awards where Kanye went to the podium for the win/ And mentioned everyone in the same category as him, but me and Em.” Following Royce, Joe Budden, Crooked I and Joell Ortiz all take turns putting their hearts on their sleeves as they drop a series of genuine verses over the No I.D. instrumental. While a release date for On The House remains unknown, welcome to: OUR HOUSE, is currently set to be released on August 28.

This track is just fantastic. I've had it on repeat all morning. I'm almost more hyped on the mixtape than I am the album.

I love Slaughterhouse but I feel like I'm hearing the same song on the mixtapes 2 or 3 times. How the fans are stealing their music and they don't get the love they deserve. I just wanna tell them, GET IT!! It's right there man. Your under Shady, put your best shit out like you always do and the money and the love will come pouring in. All they need is just that one record to get out there. You always want to see your favorite artists succeed and I really want Slaughterhouse to succeed.

It was good but they were just causally spitting, I felt some lines were really lazy.
