Several months before his untimely passing, rapper Pimp C conducted an interview with an Atlanta radio station regarding his comments in an edition of Ozone magazine.  During the call, the outspoken Chad Butler made a plethora of quote-worthy statements including the phrase “Get Off The Boo Boo.”  In what now might be the newest trend in sampling, rapper Skillz—along with producer The Arkatec—have taken Pimp’s comments and turned them into a chopped up chorus.  Prior to the release of his new Koch album, Million Dollar Backpack, Skillz will drop an online-only mixtape.  Check back with DJBooth.net for more info.

@Lewkiss; He didn't. He can't control Skillz from where he is. This is kinda weak, but Skillz is a funny guy.. R.I.P. Pimp C.

I will stick mostly with my original comments I made on his other track. I think he should just stick to making the yearly wrap up tracks or Grand theft auto In-Game features. That's where this song would do best on GTA4. I don't think his delivery is very good in normal rap records. He has better conversational raps like the yearly wrap-up...

This is a filler song on an album. He could of used this as a skit or interlude on a CD, but not as a main song.

DJ Blaze: I actually agree with you. Skillz has no skills besides making year end rap ups. Even then, he isn't saying anything original, just remembering everything that happened. Skillz needs to get off the boo boo!!
