From every side of the box, Mr. Chrys gives you a simple, uninhibited trip into the lives of his closest, all while riding to the roll of the snare from California production duo Zaire Koalo and JQ Lamaj. The two give Shawn something to coast on as the backdrop is the classic sound of spaceships and the edge of ol’ skool Cali; incorporating a couple of scratches and a clip of an infamous Bun B quote makes this joint a dragon of a track, a little steam for his upcoming album, My Name is Shawn, due out July 15.
