Just ask reggae/dancehall heavyweight Shaggy, who’s been trying to keep up his playboy facade while suppressing his feelings for a special woman. Though he tells himself that a Bad Man Don’t Cry, he just can’t get that lady out of his head, and soon starts to see her in every woman he encounters. Adding to the lovelorn ambience, producer Shaun “Sting International” Pizzonia interpolates a sample from The Delfonics’ La La Means I Love You that should be enough to make any player shed a few tears. Bad Man Don’t Cry is the first promo single from Shaggy’s ninth studio album, which currently has neither a title nor a release date.
