The 48th entry in our DJBooth.net Freestyle Series comes courtesy of Sha Stimuli, a Brooklyn buzzmaker who’s positioned himself as the legendary hip-hop borough’s ‘Next Big Thing’ through a string of stellar street releases dating back to the early ‘00s.  The underground rapper, who flows over original production by J. Cardim on his brand new, previously-unreleased Balboa freestyle, is currently working on debut studio album My Soul to Keep, which has yet to receive a solid release date.  MStK‘s release will be followed by that of Cinderella Man, a collaborative project with J. Cardim.

A "true" freestyle in a one shot deal. J. Cardim should get some love on the original production tip, but Sha impresses. Now all the members who e-mailed me asking why we haven't featured Sha can simmer. Happy?

Straight flow. Don't know if it was a nice fit for the production. But, it's not bad by any means. Banger.

Flow outweighed production here, which is a HUGE plus for a DJBOOTH freestyle!

Tight freestyle. The thing I love about this series is that it introduces me to a lot of underground artists (most of which have some serious talent). The production was pretty good and Sha's flow was cool.

Never really heard of his music but I will definitely be on the lookout of his music because of it. The production is hot and his flow is on point. Banger!

@J Worthy - been looking for something like this also. Sha is ill, and Cardim throws a nice beat for it. Piling the stars on this one.
