Senior Class - Finding You
Artist: Senior Class
Producer: Emilio Bucks
Album: Life Moves Pretty Fast EP
Label: LateShift Musik
The start of Finding You might conjure musical images of Barry White, but thanks to the song’s heavily soulful boardwork our ears are met with rhymes from DJBooth newcomer and Senior Class spitter Hassahn Phenomenon. Backed by a beatscape from fellow Senior Class member Emilio Bucks, the Los Angeles emcee expresses his dedication to the musical grind as he spits about “chasing cash and these dreams and everything in between.” The soul-driven production on Finding You is met with equally soulful vocals from vocalist Russoul, who joins the musical duo on the record and in the process gifts the song with a melodious hook. If Senior Class have found themselves on your musical radar thanks to their Booth debut then expect a full helping of new tunes from the duo when their Life Moves Pretty Fast EP is released in February.

This was a good track by Senior Class and Russoul really sounds good on the chorus. Nice crispy production with some dope electric Guitar sounds. Good work.

Not really feeling the flow on this one. It just doesn't really go with the beat for me. The production on this was really nice. Feeling the soulful touch on the beat and the chorus.

Instrumental captured me. The feel alone was enough for this to be a 3 star but i wasn't as impressed with Senior Class and the feature artist. They were OK

I like this joint just because its so different from most of the stuff I hear. Track is dope and I'm really feeling the hook. I felt the flow was what it had to be for the track & it has grown folks content. Simple but effective.
