In 2007, DJBooth featured several buzz singles intended for use on Sean P‘s solo debut, Very Necessary.  Unfortunately, the YoungBloodz member’s parent label, Jive, moved slowly on the project’s promotions and the album stalled.  Since then, Sean P has packed his bags and arrived at the greener pastures of Asylum/Warner, ready to get back to work promoting his now-untitled album.  Celebrating his fresh new start, the Atlanta native is ready to stunt once again, showing off like his fellow hometowners on Ima Hoodstar.  Once again, we feel obliged to inform our readers (unlike many Internet blogs) that T-Pain is indeed not on the hook; CP Hollywood plays the role of voice-boxed singer (and producer).  As for Sean P, his debut album is scheduled for release later this year.

T-Pain actually might've been better, though their voices are similar. But lol, everyone's always saying it's T-Pain just because of the voice. You'd think they'd get it by now. CP Hollywood did the hook and the beat too? He didn't do bad on either, to be honest.

Damn Sean P! You shoulda droped this a year ago. We all tired of the voicebox now. Except when done by Pain Wanye or Ye! This song is actually dated. That bass line is sick though. Good production. Delivery decent. Hook BAD!

This track is decent, but there are some parts I don't like, for example those where they use the voicebox...but from the beginning I though worse, I kinda like it! It's a club song...I'll get tired of it very soon I guess

This song is tight, I heard this a week or so ago. I find it funny how everyone is saying their tired of the voice box, but whenever Lil' Wayne uses it they think it's the hottest thing ever, just look at "My Life" by The Game and Lil' Wayne yesterday, it used the voice box and still got high ratings. I bet if this song had T-Pain on the hook, it would get higher ratings, even though the hook sounds like T-Pain as it is. Anyway, I like the voice box in this song and the hook is catchy and Sean P does his thing, so this song bangs- 4 stars.

I don't understand what people hate about the voice box? In fact, I am sick of people who hate the voice box.

I agree with Jayhawk on My Life. I'm sure the voice box is used to change the voice of the person who is singing/rapping. So what a lot of people are saying is that if T-Pain sounds sick with the voice box then he sucks at singing/rapping?

People complain of the voice box getting tiring. But T-Pain isn't tiring, Wayne isn't tiring, they have been using it for a while.

People should stop looking for a scapegoat if they get tired of a song and need to be more constructive. It works here.

This aight..I know T-Pain is complaining how everybody is jocking his style..but obviously you came with a product that is very easily imitated so that is YOUR FAULT. How do you truly get a competitive advantage? Have talent that can NOT be imitated...

Really like the club production by CP Hollywood, but the hook obviously is the bad part of the track. Sean P does his thing, he?s not the most lyrical dude, as you can tell by his YoungBloodz releases, but he gets the job done here. Its aight, but that voice box needs to go.

Production is straight...Sean P does the thang lyrically...hook is coo...i just don't undastand why people say/think t-pain is the only dude allowed to use autotune/voicebox...like he was the first person to use it...i actually think its good eryone tries it out because it shows that anyone can use it (if used right) and t-pain will actually have to come up with another way to sell himself...eventually autotune is going to die...
