Hey, whatever happened to Sean Kingston‘s third studio album? Though it’s been a long minute since last we heard from the Island-pop phenom, I’m happy to announce that the project has sprung Back 2 Life with the release of this new single. Here, mentor and label boss Jonathan “J.R,.” Rotem flips a sample from Soul II Soul’s classic Back to Life (However Do You Want Me) as Kingston expresses his determination to make the most of his life (alluding to his near-fatal jet-skt accident last year). Guest bars come courtesy of Grand Hustle general T.I.. While Sean Kingston’s junior set has yet to receive either a title or a solid drop date, fans can, as always, keep their browsers locked for the latest news and tunes.

Not really a fan of this particular type club-record for Sean Kingston. T.I.'s flow was decent, but I won't be looking to play this again, just for his feature...

Nothing special...I agree I think Sean Kingston really isn't relevant...his vocal ability is questionable and this overly reliant on auto-tune style of hiphop/R&B is quite outdated now....T.I. might want to look elsewhere for a pop hit

I don't like his voice but I don't think this song is that terrible! Just a clubbish song like many others already heard. Nothing fresh but still pretty...I'll play it!

The only thing outdated about this are the previous peoples comments. After having a rough year recovering a bad accident, it's good to see him making music again.
