Happy to be off Atlantic Records, Saigon is currently looking for a new label home on which to release his debut, titled The Greatest Story Never Told. The DJBooth has picked up a possible new single from the long-delayed set; in a departure from his more serious material, the Brooklyn native has chosen to rap about his freaky exploits with the ladies, who can’t get enough of his Chillyboom. The Just Blaze-produced record, which features ghetto storyteller Baby Cham and Dangerous MC Kardinal Offishall, will be bashed by some critics as a sellout move, but even if you don’t like this one song, don’t write Saigon off completely; after all, even Nas went through his Oochie Wally stage.
Nice reggation feel, Blaze kills the production. Saigon's verse is crazy! You gotta love his lyricism and flow on here, especially his 'D*ck in a box!' LOL. I think people are going to either love this song or hate it based off the chorus alone. It's either a hit or miss for people, and I love it. Kardinal is a beast on here too, everyone does a great job! Banger, this one goes hard.
The intro to this song makes me burst out laughin everytime i listen to it lol!, Good song, never heard of Saigon before, Might have to put him on the radar, and Blaze did a killer job on this.
Just Blaze is a monster, I like pretty much all of his beats. I've had my eye on Saigon after listening to one of his verses on another song. Dude is crazy. Oh, and what else..... KARDI! Album this month.
What else can i say about Blaze that hastn been said, he touches a keyboard key and turns it into a banger...ive been a fan of Saigon for couple of years now, and a huge fan of reggae music so seeing Cham and Offishall on this joint put a smile on my face...Saigon spits fire and the hook is crazy catchy...banger 1 love
The beginning and the chorus really made me laugh...so funny ahahahahah! The beat is hot damn, I'm moving over my chair! But I'm not a fan of Saigon's rappin/singing
This is Tough right here! I heard this for the first time yesterday and It is Sick to have Cham and Kardinal on this track together. This track could have done without Saigon though. His flow is just so-so to me...He used to be better like 3yrs ago in my opinion. The beat is nice and the reggae heads RIP it!
Im not hatin..cuz i love saigon..hes 1 of the tru lyricists out there.(listen to pain in my life if you wanna hear the best of saigon)...but dont compare this to nas going thru a stage..
where there any gay songs like this on illmatic..nahh....saigon please dont make songs like this
(oh yh dj booth im not complainin but this song wqas on hip hop dx a month ago!!)
Blaze! This @*#$! Knocks!! Hard not to move when listening to this. I gotta admit the hook coulda been stronger. Kardinal has been spittin some fire. I can't wait 4 yall got put some of his album tracks on here. He's got some heaters on his album. Saigon got one with this one.
I really like Cham's hook and Kardinal drops a nice verse. Just Blaze did his thing with the beat, its a nice bumper. Sai did aight on this, it works, but I think it works better with just Kardinal and Cham. Still waitin for The Greatest Story Never Told, really think Sai would have a solid record.
