Rocky Fontaine - Once Again It's On ft. Beanie Sigel
Artist: Rocky Fontaine
Featuring: Beanie Sigel
Producer: 609 and Tyrrell Bing
Album: Entourage Season 1 Mixtape
Label: Unsigned
Over a menacing 609 and Tyrrell Bing track, Beanie Sigel and his youngest-in-charge, Rocky Fontaine, look to see who is trying to really put Philly back on the map. With Once Again It’s On, the new record from Fontaine’s forthcoming Entourage Season 1 mixtape, the 24-year-old MC will look to bring good music back to a city that has long been considered a doormat to the entertainment industry. While Sigel showcases his turf talk, proving that he still holds the crown as King of the City of Brotherly Love, the artist born Rodney Myers gives listeners reason to believe he has what it takes to break through to the national level.

The production was decent, but it could have hit harder. The structure was nice, but it lacked epic caliber. Sigel did his thing, but he was a tad boring. Rocky is straight. He has the regular young-in fresh kid style swagger. He sounds like G.O.O.D Music's "Big Sean" as little bit. Overall, it only gets 2 stars from me. Certainly a mixtape track, but nothing more.

instrumental on this one real nice. don't like the flow by either rapper. redo remix with some hot artists and this song takes off. i.e. lil weezy and jay z on this beat would be instant classic.

This one isn't special here, just one of those typical street tracks aimed to get a buzz goin about this cat. So for that, I take the song for what it's worth. I dont think they were trying to make it a epic smash like mh commented on, although a little more effort would have been nice. Anyway, 2/5, decent.

Production is very good on this, the beat is banging! I'm feeling them, too. Anyway I'm not crazy for the overall song, it bores me a bit...if I was a dj I would play this 3/4 times in the club and that's all! If the club atmosphere is already "hot" this can go hard, otherwise I wouldn't choose it as a opening track. 2,5
