Thanks to the rumblings produced by the single Umma Do Me, ATL’s Rocko received a major label deal with Island Urban Music to release his upcoming debut, Swag Season. A possible inclusion on that debut is the non-single, This Morning, where the Rowdy Records co-founder once again covers hip-hop’s three most popular modern day subjects: money, money and more money. While his fiancée Monica (yes, Monica the popular singer) might have a problem with the line ”I never had a wife/I’m married to the cash, she treat her daddy right,” producer Marvelous J provides a backdrop that should help Rocko’s boo not even think twice. Self-Made will be released in the spring of ’08.
The track is plain boring, by the one minute mark there was nothing appealing that made me want to continue listening. His name makes me want to watch "Rocko's Modern Life" instead of listening to his music.
I really like this guy's swagger and his flow...Umma do me is a better track, but this is a good addition to the album. It's not that bad at all. I could listen to this waking up to remind me that I am the @*#$!! LoL, JK...

It's not cuz he new. It's cuz he boring. This kind of flow isn’t appealing to me: too slow and unnatural. If someone has to use it, well then you’re right misshunimoni, it better be Jeezy, Weezy or Ricky, at least they have something to say.
