The bad news is that the PTFAO (Put the F**king Album Out) campaign is still necessary, but the good news is that while Rock City waits for their album to finally hit stores fans are being treated to a constant supply of new tracks from the Virgin-Island born duo of brothers Timothy (aka Don’t Talk Much) and Theron (aka Da Spokesman). Oh well, Interscope’s loss is our gain. On their latest effort You Are the brothers are dedicated to keeping their female fans happy, dropping their always smooth and island-accented vocals over a seductively winding beat from producers The Jugganauts! In other words, it’s exactly the kind of cut that should only build demand for new Rock City singles. If you need even more Rock City in your life you can take a listen to their latest project PTFAO: The Album, out now, and see what they’re up to on their new weekly blog on RefinedHype.com.

I cannot believe this record passed by my inbox since earlier this year. No wonder they went out of their way to shoot a video for it... this is HOT. I know they are not set to push "You Are" as a single, but fellas make it happen!

I absolutely love this. I think this is the kind of track I expect out of Rock City. I love the VI accent.

Rock City's "PTFAO campaign" is not even funny anymore! :s What else do they have to do to make it?! I'm tired of givin them props since it doesn't seem to make the album come out sooner.

Those synths are off the chain and make this joint energetic and catchy. A great tempo/bounce and vibe to it which is gonna be perfect for clubs. Hook is solid and as always their vocals are good. This deserves to get mainstream play!

I don't know how anyone who makes such consistently quality (and successful) music can't get an album put out. It f-ing boggles the mind.

this is solid, which is wat Rock City usually is. I am yet to hear these guys come out wit a song that i really like that bangs hard. i think they need a big time hit for many to finally jump on the bandwagon and get the f-ing album out.

Can we get the effin album already? -play to dayum much. Now to the song - These dudes are like the H1N1 - infectious. I had 2 do the repeat on dis 1 cuz that beat brought out the freak. It's that reggae vibe, it causes you 2 involuntary "whine". The ladies will love this 1.
