Akon protégé’s Rock City have never sold any drugs or shot anyone and they are proud of that distinction. While listening to the industry’s talent pool, the duo is quick to detect that Somebody’s Lyin’, therefore necessitating that someone tell them to stop. Shondrae‘s hot street production provides a banging-backdrop, but once again, it’s Rock City that takes center stage with their unique energy. Its ok, but My dad is from Trinidad, so I kinda know, and these guys sound pretty fake, but I like the idea and they have a good chance considering what label they are coming from (konvict-interscope). They going to have to come harder than this, and if they are fake islanders...they are doomed.

I was disappointed in the lyrics.... I don't believe that level of profanity is considered art. They need to be who they are and represent, properly; however, the beat was rhythm was alright.
