“Dear God, I know we haven’t talked in a while, but this sh*t is getting ridiculous: do you think you could maybe, uh, wave your hand and miracle Rock City‘s Wake the Neighbors LP onto store shelves? Dudes deserve it. Amen.” Oh, sorry, just having a chat with the man upstairs. Short of divine intervention, of course, it’s gonna take a monster hit for Da Spokesman and Don’t Talk Much to get their debut set released – and potential single Morning Noon & Night just might fit the bill. In addition to an absurdly danceable synth-guitar instrumental by David Guetta, the joint boasts a theme that just about anyone can relate to: it’s the weekend, and they’re gonna party. On the vocal tip Rock City attack the beat with appropriate enthusiasm, announcing their intent to celebrate in energetic verses and an attention grabbing, just-repetitive-enough-to-stick-in-your-head-for-the-next-month-and-a-half hook. So, have the freestyle series alumni struck gold with this one? You tell me – and keep your fingers crossed for the eventually release of their (f-ing) album, which still has yet to receive a release date.

Honestly, it makes no sense that our friends from Rock City have waited this long to unleash their debut set to the world. They have the songwriting chops, the creative energy, and the performance skills to match. Will "Morning, Noon & Night" be the record that changes things for them? I don't think so, but I still like it to hit the clubs (here and overseas, thanks David).

Never been a huge Rock CIty fan but i totally agree with richard that this album needs to come out so these guys can get some recognition. Even though ive never been a fan I cant lie i was feeling this track, maybe it's just the party atmosphere and good feeling oozing from this song or the fast paced high energy beat but whatever it is im liking it a lot

This record has great energy. I can see it hitting the clubs, and the radio. But this definetly wont be on the charts. Well.... it might be. The production from David Guetta, is really great and nice to listen to. In rotation for me.

I like Rock City, I like David Guetta, and I like this song. Catchy radio-friendly song that will be out on air and club play and should finally get Rock City out there on a bigger platform.
