Still haven’t copped Roc C‘s latest album? In an effort to sway those still unsure whether to spend their hard-earned money on the recently-released set, the Oxnard representative has returned with a standout cut off the project. On Over Broil, Jake One‘s bass-driven production bangs in the back as the Kash Roc signee trades aggressive bars with Freeway and Oh No. Feeling it? There’s plenty more where this came from on Roc’s Stoned Genius LP, available now in stores and online.

Not bad work by Freeway, but the whole song just sounds really really dated... Like a song that has been done 100 times before... Still a decent track though.
