Think Rick Ross’ style is simplistic? Au contraire, mon frere; according to the bawse’s latest feature, he’s just So Sophisticated he makes it look easy. The deceptive complexity of Ross’ bars is just one of the many factors that make the hip-hop heavyweight a paragon of class. On the latest street single off his fifth studio album, Beat Bully‘s whip-ready arpeggiated-synth/808 boardwork pounds in the background as the rapper cites numerous examples of his knowledge, taste and refinement—from the laudable (He used his success in the game to put all his homies on) to the completely baffling and possibly sarcastic (I’m so sophisticated / Smokin’ weed, bustin’ open dollar liquor later.”). On the back, Maybach Music fast-riser Meek Mill offers a somewhat different take on the titular quality, boasting about the paper he’s been stacking and rebuffing those who would try and piggyback off his success. Time to weigh in, Booth readers: is Ricky Rozay’s latest banger So Sophisticated that you feel compelled to stick your pinky out while listening? If so, you can expect more suave and cultivated bangers on God Forgives, I Don’t, scheduled for release July 31, via Def Jam.

I think Ross went hard, I was disappointed with Meek's verse, he can do better than this.

All of Rick's records are really starting to sound the same. That is NOT good. I would recommend he listen to the work he did with J.U.S.T.I.C.E League and re-explore that lane.

This is sounding like the same record over and over, but Rick Ross' flow is still great... I like the way Meek Mill bounces on the beat... Great Flow...This will go straight into my rotation folder...

With Z, Ross needs to start droppin' those Maybach Music 2 & 3 sorta joints, there production is starting to become a washing machine. If you forget that point, it's a good track.

I actually really enjoyed this. Ross flow was great and the beat was dope. I know its quite similar to his other tracks, but I think this one will work. Let's hope he has some more diverse tracks on his album

The beat rocks hard but thats about it. Ross had a solid verse but even he knows that hook could've been better. Meek Mill didn't sound like his usual self either. Sounds like he just rushed through it without thought. Track is alright.
