Knowing who can assist him with a hit, the Boss once again enlists his Hustlin’ production team The Runners. Add R. Kelly, the same hookman who added hype to The Runners work on Go Getta and All Of The Above, and it’s a wrap! The listener should have no reason to be disappointed as both Ross’ and Kells’ parts have enough power to step up to Dru & Mayne’s futuristic beat. If Speedin’ (or any of the other leaked tracks) are any indicator, Trilla should be one of the more innovative rap albums in recent memory. It drops December 18th.
Yea this song is pretty is sick! I hope this one blows up. I hated on Rick Ross for his 1st album, but this one sounds like its gonna b tight. R. Kelly does some good hooks when the Runners are behind the boards!
Rick Ross is the Truth! I didn't think he was a serious MC till I got his latest mixtape and he is FIRE! R. Kelly always has hits, so the colaboration is a no-brainer!
Yo J Roc, how did you hate on this man for such a great album? almost every song on Port Of Miami was a classic tune to listen to! oh well, your opinion I guess, I ain't hatin, just cant believe it son! But yeaaaa mayyyyn, Im liking this...Kells is good, DJ Z is right! I do love my Konvict and Upfront records, but Kelly is quality and much more experienced.
I liked Port Of Miami alot(what i heard) but man, Ross isn't imaginative enough for me. there aren't enough memorable lines and the metaphors that are here from him dont make sense(read between the lines of your a*s like fantasia?: is he talkin about mickey mouse's joint? wit this for everyone to be goin nuts. the only memorable line cam for the singer guest featuring(grew wings)

I don't think people get it. There are songs Akon can pull off. There are songs T-Pain fits. There are songs R. Kelly makes shine. Songs like this, Go Getta, etc are R. Kelly's thing. Things like Cross That Line, We Takin' Ova is Akon's thing. Things like I'm So Hood are T-Pain's.
But this song is just awesome. I think Trilla is going to be an awesome album. Real D Boi, Cry, etc, all these songs are just dope.
u guys dont understand that Rick Ross'z style is exactly like that... (its not that the lyrics dont mean nyting but just dat u rn't smart enof 2 undrstand dem!) R Kelly helps out alot on this track cause R.R just isn't the king in makin a track numbaOne... but he does have style that this whole song is bout... the beat is tight n u can't diss dis @*#$!! itz a classic!!
ross isnt a lyricist hes a dope boy so u cant go looking for great lines. if any of you were real pushers, rick ross would put goosbumps on you because its that REAL street talk. same goes on jeezy tracks.. miami of course is og the chain
Now I'm just pissed. The video is finally made, but I doubt Def Jam will do anything about that song now. This song, imo, should really get some shine. It deserves it.
