Last week, we featured Haters Wish; a new song from Rich Boy’s forthcoming mixtape, Bigger Than The Mayor. This week, we are kindly offering up yet another cut from the project; the heavily Atlanta-influenced, Wrist Out The Window. The song’s hook samples Gucci Mane’s Freaky Gurl, Shawty Lo of D4L/Dey Know fame chimes in with a second verse (yes, its done in his classic ‘slow flow’) and the beat sounds like it made its way around a Block Entertainment A&R meeting. So, what does it all add up to? Let’s just say this won’t make the Mobile, Alamaba native, Ghetto Rich.
This track right here is another Really solid Joint from Rich Boy. Both of these tracks sound CRAZY. Like I said on the other track...I can't wait to get this mixtape! This has a really good beat to it; and in my opinion; Rich boy is finally rapping Exactly as gutter as he was supposed to from the beginning!
Attention DJBooth Members: Rich Boy will be joining me for an interview inside the booth in a few weeks and he would like to field some questions from YOU!
Please feel free to
e-mail me your questions!
i think that rich boy has some talent and some substance to him (i.e. ghetto rich and let's get this paper)...i thought it was throw some d's and he was gonna drop off but hes proving more and more that hes here to stay...good track even if he does look like a grown G-Baby from Hardball
heard this a couple days ago...rich gettin gully fa sho...but he need to come harder wit tha lyrics fa me...and it sound like Gucci on tha hook.........prolly is...but anyway...L-o wuznt all dat either...but its deff in rotation...~
This will BANG in my car! I gotta follow up on what AEO said, this isn't Rich Boy's best work lyrically, but he goes hard on the track. Shawty Lo is alright ("I'm rich boy, ask Rich Boy," not very original) Anyway, the beat and Rich Boy's swag are more than enough to keep it in rotation.
As critical as our members are --at all times-- it must be stressed (reminded) that this is just a mixtape cut and not a single or even an album track. I'm glad he's getting this one out of his system now. Polow would never let this get onto an album.
Better than the last couple, still not a fan. he aint gonna ever have another track as hot as throw some ds and boy looka here. THO THOSE TRACKS WERE NOT GREAT, give him some cred
this song is fuckin hot as a mofo, gucci verse lol is funny it's from the freaky girl song, but yehh shut the fuck up haterz this shit could be as good as trow some d's it hits extra hard the lyrics go hard. Fuck lil wayne he would be like i let her lick the wrapper ya da da usuall shit he says.
Personally i dont really like Rich Boy, but i guess with a little work he could go far, Throw Some D's was not my kind of song at all, theres some kind of music that i can listen to forever, but that song just wouldnt do it for me.. sorry but no. It doesnt really matter about the type, it matters that the song sounds good.
