He used to be the Jamaican T-Pain or Wezzy (Record + Elly = hit). Not anymore. Movado would have been an asset on this track. Even Sean Paul "the vet" woulda killed it. It'll get a lot of airplay on Z100 radio. P.S. I like Razah but this isn't good.
