Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, R&B singer Razah grew up surrounded by reggae and dancehall music. Now, signed to a recording contract with Def Jam, the current Brooklyn resident pays tribute to his influential upbringing on Girlfriend, his next potential single and a follow-up to his debut record, Rain. Known internationally to bring energy to his music, Elephant Man hops on board with a verse that describes how he gets his ladies on the dancefloor; something Girlfriend will certainly do all over the clubs. Razah’s self-titled debut album, currently set for release on May 20, could potentially be pushed back to later this summer.
Solid dancehall track right here. This will bang in the clubs. Don't really care for too much for the lyrics, but the beat is nicely done. I hope they make a riddim out of this.
nah yall hatin...luvin dis...elephant man z hottt....hz dancehall wa u xpect....luvin dis....will def be droppin lyk its hott in clubs wen its poppin...
dnt h8 we luv elephant man.....n razah u ayt...
lol
This would BANG in the club. If you disagree, you either a) are not old enough to get into the club, or b) don't get out much. Razah is a mad talented cat, this is just a sampling...
This beat is old. Elephant's dancehall days are pretty much dun-out. His style is played. He used to be the Jamaican T-Pain or Wezzy (Record + Elly = hit). Not anymore. Movado would have been an asset on this track. Even Sean Paul "the vet" woulda killed it. It'll get a lot of airplay on Z100 radio. P.S. I like Razah but this isn't good.
I am loving the beat on this track. Razah sounds good on here; and we have been waiting for an album from him for a long time. Hopefully this date sticks. Elephant Man isn't annoying as usual on this track. I will definitely throw it into rotation!
This is def. fresh. I'm still waitin to hear dancehall from back in '03 where dancehall would hype you up...this doesn't do that but it def. will get u on the dance floor. Like Razah on this.
Ia with luvhiphop. I'm a dancehall fanatic This is cool to be thrown in the mix before you go old school dancehall, but its not hype music. I'd play this in the truck though. Its a solid track.
The song is real catchy and I'm liking the dance hall sound. I can get my jook on to dis. lol! But I remember Razah from a few years back. I just can't remember the song.
