Read five reviews of Ray J’s new album, All I Feel, and they will all say the same thing: nearly every song featured on the project is about a certain three-letter word. Thus, after having glanced at said reviews, Ray has chosen to release the album’s heartfelt title track as his next single. Assisting on the record are songwriter Johnta Austin and veteran producer Darkchild, who together help Ray feel better about the relationship that fell apart oh-so-quickly. While it’s impossible to predict a success rate for All I Feel, especially post-Sexy Can I, it is safe to assume that the song is the One Wish that die-hard fans were hoping to have granted.
This is a really hot track! He's definitely regaining some respectability in my books. Johnta Austin credits, Darkchild on production, and an rnb voice... makes a good rnb track.
I can see this being a hit. Darkchild is a great producer. Ray J is perfect for this song his vibrato really suits the lyrics. This song does not make me want to buy his album.
Im usually a hater on Ray J, but this really is a pretty good song. I just don't think I can say it is bangin, but this is definitely in roatation. Props to Ray J for switching it up. I think he should do more of this style. Remember what was probably his best song ever. One wish. I think he did a great job on that track and could have done better with that style.
I like this. It's not quite "One Wish" status, but it's a nice ballad from Ray-J. His vocals don't sound as crispy and skilled on this though...maybe it's him or maybe it's the engineering/mixing on the track...who knows. But this is solid. I dig the production from Darkchild. For some reason, I hear a remix of this with a rapper like Ludacris or heaven forbid Plies. Don't know why, but those two names just popped in my head when I heard the vibe of the track.
Pretty hot. Kind of hard to take Ray J seriously now after hearing his album and its content, but hey, this is a good song and the man has some serious singing talent. This is in rotation, and I expect to hear it blowing up on the radio all summer
It's good to Ray J try to gain his respect back in the industry. This song is a cool balled. Production is kinda generic. I'm kinda tired of the timbland "my love"sound. Overused just like the voicebox. 3.5
WOW! The VOCALS are excellent (Trey Songz quality), verses, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge, all sound great on their own (the bridge goes club for a second and then comes back, nice!), the LYRICS are one of the best I heard on an R&B song lately: mature, realistic, easily relating, well developed… And as Dj Blaze will remind you soon, DARKCHILD murders the beats! The best track I ever heard from Ray J (yes, I heard One Wish) and now I forgive him for the mess that was Porno Sh*t! ;) Even the “Feel, feel, feel, feel, feels…” by the end are good, FLAWLESS song!
It's a good song but it doesn't catch me so much!! it's not very original, a normal r&b ballad! I'm sure it will grow on me, that's why my rating is temporary...I'll be back ;)
Hmmm... before I even start I just have to remind everyone that Timbaland is definitely an innovator as far as beats. The "synth sound" is taking off, Love in This Club by Usher, No Defenition by Mario, and a couple of misc joints. But I love Darkchild as a producer and he always has impressed me with his take on what someone else introduces. With that being said, the beat is sick, and the song is cool so it's definitely in rotation. Kinda reminds me of "Anytime" off of the Raydiation album too...
There are actually 5 decent 'single-worthy' songs on ALL I FEEL; glad Koch selected this one. Urban-AC will love this one. Solid single...you can't hate on this one.
His voice is better which is good cause...yeah! Not surpirsed Ray & Darkchild is working togother. Him & Brandy go way back. It's like he's giving Ray J all the good stuff tho. I like this and it's better then a lot of his fake wannabe gangsta stuff. Y'all know Ray J think he a thug now...
Ahh, well... It definately wont match the success of Sexy Can I. Overall I think its jus a decent track, nuttin special. Honestly cant see mahself really gettin into it much.
Its alright. I never really like Ray J's voice on ballads it gets a little but this has a nice One Wish sound to it. It should get plenty of radio play.
